Glencarrig is a Farmhouse Bed and Breakfast overlooking the Shannon Estuary and just outside the village of Carrigaholt, it is the perfect base for exploring the Loop Head Peninsula and discovering what makes this area such a gem on the Wild Atlantic Way.
Book an overnight stay with a full Irish breakfast each morning and an afternoon baking class. Mary comes from a long line of bakers and loves to pass on her love of baking to all budding bakers. Learn to bake traditional Irish soda bread and scones. Afterwards, feast on these delicious goodies, straight out of the oven, with a cup of tea and her her scummy homemade jam.
